Charlotte Steuby is a sophomore at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign pursuing a degree in food science. In January of 2022, she began working at IBRL as a student intern. She displayed an intense interest in cooking from an early age, spending hours in front of the oven watching cookies bake or experimenting with microwave concoctions. This, combined with her interest in chemistry, motivated her to pursue a degree in food science. Charlotte aspires to be a flavorist in the future, using her love of science and her playfulness to develop new and interesting flavors.
