Doxie 5 Hydrocyclone

The Doxie 5 Hydrocylone is a cyclone that separates based on density. In the wet mill process, it is used to separate starch from protein. It has also been used to separate starch from protein using chickpeas as well as potatoes. This is used after the DSM Screen step in the wet mill process. IBRL Inventory # 55-003
