Aspirator

The Aspirator is used to separate the pericarp from the rest of the corn during the dry mill process. The material that needs to be separated is fed at the top of the machine. A fan circulates air through the chambers letting the heavy material fall and the lighter material rise and passes through a cyclone. A container is used after the cyclone to collect an almost pure sample of the pericarp. IBRL Inventory # 52-009
