Seminar Day #1: Ceramic Membrane Filtration

November 1, 2023

The AM session will focus on the basic theory behind the technology including common terms and definitions, brief history of ceramic membranes, basic flow process, how separation occurs, modes of operation, pore size selection, and how to size a system. The PM session will focus on the implementation of ceramic membranes in industrial plants including pilot testing, scaling up, installation/ commissioning/operation of a system, and typical maintenance and troubleshooting guidelines.

Speaker:

Hafedh Sadani, PhD

CPL Manager, Membrane Process Expert
