MICROBIOLOGY & MONITORING
How do those single-celled organisms operate, and what motivates them?
- Growth, metabolism, & feeding
- Molecular biology and strain design
- Aerobic vs. Anaerobic – kinetics, mass & heat transfer
- Sterility and Phage Management
- HANDS ON LEARNING: Laboratory monitoring of your fermentations – HPLC, GC, YSI, UV-Vis
