Rin Kishimoto is a junior at University of Illinois, majoring in food science. She started working at FSHN PPP and IBRL PP in the winter of 2021. She enjoys cooking and baking, as well as reading random facts about food culture.
Chris Li is a senior at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, majoring in Specialized Chemistry with a minor in communication. Chris has experience with lab-scale biodiesel production and would like to expand his knowledge in large-scale fermentation. Chris started working at the IBRL in April 2022. As a student intern, he believes that getting valuable hands-on experience is crucial for his personal growth and career development. After graduation, he wants to apply his knowledge in favor of sustainability in industry
