Yanlin Lei is a Ph.D. student in the Food Science and Human Nutrition department at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Engineering from Yangtze Normal University, China, and a master’s degree in Food Science from Sichuan Agricultural University, China. Yanlin joined IBRL in 2022 as a research technician in the analytical laboratory. She conducts chemical and physical laboratory experiments and provides reports to clients.
