Sreeja Malyala is graduate student enrolled to Professional Science Master’s program at the University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign, majoring in Food science and Human Nutrition. She has an undergraduate degree in Biotechnology and is passionate about the food industry. Her interest to bridge gaps between fields helps her to be discerning and innovative. Her previous work involved research on feed enzymes, and she wants to explore processing and operations careers on an industrial scale. Presently, she’s open to opportunities for summer internships and currently working at the IBRL pilot plant in downstream processing.
