Patrick Grady is currently a Commercial Manager based at BP’s Integrated Supply and Trading headquarters in Chicago, IL. In this role Patrick is accountable for managing BP’s jet fuel supply, marketing, and trading activities in the East and Gulf Coast regions. The business sources, transports, and markets over 500 million gallons of aviation grade jet fuel, military aviation fuels, and risk management services to a wide array of customers from the world’s largest airlines to individual private pilots. With annual revenues over $1 billion, Patrick is responsible for a material component of BP’s current fuels marketing activities in the United States. Patrick has been with BP since 2012 where he started as a Business Development Intern in BP’s Biofuels Group based in Houston, TX. During his time with the company, Patrick has held a variety of technical, operations, and commercial roles in BP’s Biofuels, Upstream, Corporate, Downstream, and Trading businesses.
Patrick is a graduate of the University of Illinois – Urbana/Champaign and holds both a B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a Professional Science M.S. Bioprocessing and Bioenergy.
