Nidhi Jaiswal is a Graduate Student of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign who is pursuing her degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration in Food Science. Nidhi started at FSHN PPP and IBRL PP in 2022. She has been part of both the production department and the analytical lab. During the summer of 2022, she interned at MSI express as a quality intern and where she was able to improve the facility’s efficiency. She is passionate about research and development and analyzing the quality of food. She will graduate in December 2022 and then move on to work in the food industry.
