Mason Brockett is a freshman at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign who is pursuing his degree in Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communications with a concentration in Agricultural Education. Mason has always had a passion for agriculture since he was a young child. When he went to high school and went to an agriculture class, he knew he wanted to be a teacher. As an undergraduate student in ALEC, Mason’s desire for knowledge has caused him to explore the many different aspects of the agricultural industry, from learning about animal science to plant science and more. With Mason’s background in Agricultural Education, he sees himself teaching the future generations of agriculturalists.
