Lillian is a sophomore at the University of Illinois studying chemical engineering. She began working at FSHN-PPP and IBRL in May of 2019. She really enjoys cooking, baking, and experimenting with new foods and recipes. Lillian has worked as a sushi and food prep assistant and hopes to gain more understanding of the mechanics and processes behind making food on a pilot and commercial scale. Having grown up and worked in the restaurant and food industry, she hopes to learn more about food processing and production, and how to integrate it with chemical engineering.
