Hannah Prindeville is a senior at the University of Illinois in the Food Science program. She has always had a passion for cooking and baking, as well as enjoyed science classes. These naturally led to her exploring majors involving these and pursued a degree in Food Science. She started working in the FSHN-PPP and IBRL in March of 2018. She hopes to learn more about recipe development and small-scale processing of various food products. After graduation, she plans on going directly into industry, possibly with a focus on product development.
