Dylan Hendrixson is a second-year undergraduate at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, majoring in chemical engineering. Dylan started working at the IBRL PP in the fall of 2021. Since joining the Illinois Alternative Protein Project, he has become passionate about alternative proteins.
