TECHNICAL TEAM
The IBRL Technical Team is broken into the following categories: fermentation, downstream processing (DSP), analytical lab, and food science.
The fermentation team executes pilot-scale precision fermentations (upstream processing), while the DSP team focuses on the extraction, purification, and concentration of target molecules.
The analytical lab has capabilities on a per sample cost basis in addition to analytics supporting pilot plant projects, and the food science team provides the space and resources for collaboration in food and bioprocessing through their plug-and-play utilities and product development kitchen.
